Swedish Massage (Sometimes referred to as "Relaxation Massage")
This is the golden standard of massage therapy. All other massage techniques are based in the movements learned in Swedish massage. If you don't know what you want for your session, this is the one to chose and let your therapist work you as he/she sees fit. The focus of this massage is for relaxation and/or health maintenance.

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT)
Using advanced concepts in massage and pressure therapy, the therapist will assist you in breaking the stress-tension-pain cycle. The technique aims to relax the muscle so that circulation can increase and the body can begin the process of returning to normal neuromuscular integrity and balance. This procedure is slow and precise, done muscle-by-muscle to locate and release specific problem areas like knots, trigger points and pressure points.

Lymph Drainage Massage
This technique blends soothing, gentle, rhythmic, precise massage-like movements to accelerate the flow of lymphatic fluid in the body. Assisting this flow boosts the immune system and filters out toxins and other microbes that could potentially be dangerous to the body.

CranioSacral Therapy
This technique is non-invasive and encourages your own natural mechanisms to improve the function of your brain and spinal cord to dissipate the negative effects of stress and promote good health.

Chair Massage
This is a short massage done on our special massage chair. The patient sits face down in the chair to receive the treatment fully clothed.
Muscle Release TechniqueSM
The Muscle Release Technique SM is a unique injury therapy that combines compression, extension, movement and breath to give the therapist a tool to provide, in many cases, relief from pain in one treatment. With the Muscle Release Technique SM scar tissue is broken up, the muscle is lengthened, muscle memory is restored and relief from pain often starts immediately.
