Ann is a state and nationally certified Massage Therapist and is a 2004 graduate of Lakeside School of Massage, with advanced training in Relaxation Massage and Northern Thai Massage. She has completed her training as a Yogafit Level 2 instructor as well as YMCA certified personal trainer, strength trainer, fitness instructor and pilates instructor.
Ann's Yoga classes are held Mondays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Massage sessions can be made by contacting Ann at either the office phone (920)208-3575 or her cell phone 920-207-3955.
